On 10/12/02, Son Of San Guinary made a public appearance at Nobbies on 120th & Center from 10am till 12pm to help promote the store and the show. There was quite the crowd as fans for the show stopped by for a chat and to get Doc's autograph. I shot these photos while everyone was hanging out.

	The Store: This Nobbies is on 120th & Center. As you can see it was a pretty overcast. cloudy day, which is perfect for autumn if you ask me.
	What Th? : Didn't know what this was supposed to be,but i thought it was cool none the less. He/She/It was greeting folks into the store on this cloudy day.
	The Line : When i got there, there was a good sized line there for Doc. This area was just west of his table, and features people in line and awaiting some free make-up tips by the ladies to the left.
	Goofin' With The Photog: SOS comes up and greets his webmaster with a goofy grin before he is inundated with more fans. He was wearing a microphone that day, announcing the 15% off sale on costumes as well as signing autographs and taking photos with fans.
	Talking To The Kids: At any one time there were (on average) ten to twenty kids lined up to meet SOS. This oe is there taking abouth is favorite football team.
	Nice Feather Boa: Doc passes a piece of candy (and a postcard) to this young girl.
	Demands Of the Fans: Doc firesd off some more autographs for fans who have been stoppng by non-stop at his table. You can see, in profile, the rack of <i>Creature Feature</i> t-shirts that were on sale there (and if i am correct,you can still get them at Nobbies).
	T-Shirt Autograph : One of the nice highlights of the morning was the request from someone to get a t-shirt autographed by Doc.
	Finished Autograph !: And the results of the request? You see it here...
	Front Of The Line: Doc talks with the parents of this young girl. She is about to get her picture taken with Doc!
	Interview Continues : Doc continues to discuss the haunted attraction witht he owner of Haunted Hollow.
	Haunted Barn : This is the front side of the "haunted barn". Lost of strobe lights and music was coming out of this area. On the left side of the barn, the staff had a huge projection system set up in order to allow patrons to watch movies. I really liked that.
	Doc, Jim & Family: Doc poses with Jim Kaffenburger and his family. Jim is a long time fan of Creature Feature, an author and has donated a lot of items for the original Dr. San Guinary Weblab. Thanks Jim!
	Sign: This sign was posted on the glass door as i entered the store. It annoiunces SOS's appearance .
	Banner: This banner was on the south wall, near the cash registers. It features the drawing i did for the t-shirt.
	Announcement: This announcement is inr egards to folks who were planning on appearing on the show for the Nobbies costume contest (airdate: 10/19/02).
	Meet The Parents: Doc yaks it up with some parents before returning to signing autographs.
	Want To Be A Star?: This sign was displayed on the table where SOS was signing. Filling out one of the entry forms featured int he bottom part of this picture, and putting it into the box would make you eligible to win an appearance on Creature Feature.
	Creature Feature T-Shirts : To one side of Doc's table was a whole rack of Creature Feature t-shirts.
	Creepy Guy : This moldy oldie was displayed at the front of the store.
	How To Get A Head In Life: Gawd, i love Halloween... it's the only time you get to see great store displays like this.
	Me too! :Doc signs a card for an older fan.
	I'm A Celebrity, Ya' Know...: Doc chats with some adult fans before being drug off by the kids. There were a lot of older fans stopping by and mentioning how much they enjoy the show.
	The Little Ones (1): Doc gingerly says hello to a very young fan. At that age, Doc knows just how easily some kids are frightened by the make-up.
	The Little Ones (2): A young girl who is enthralled with the big guy.
	Relating The Cornhuskers Score: As Doc is asked for another autograph, i get a chuckle knowing i am not the only adult who enjoys this stuff. These two were discussing the day's game.
	What Ya' Say, Fredd?: Your ardent Creature Feature webmaster asked Doc to pose with the girl on the right, and accdentally hit the shutter button, taking this photo a little prematurely. Heh.
	The Crowd Mulls, Waiting...: Towards the end of the appearance, Doc mentionsit is about time to draw for the name of the person who will get a chance to appear on the show. The crowd waits word to see if any of them have won the opportunity. In order to win, you have to be present, so the crowd is there...
	You Can't Win, Your An Employee!: Doc jokes with one of the ladies responsible for the free make-up demos. Two names have been drawn at this point, and neither of those people were there, so another name had to be drawn. The girl in the orange jersey to the left knew both persons called, and got more excited each time a name was called, and Doc got a laugh out of that.
	Third Time's A Charm!: The third name is called... and the girl in the orange jersey was the winner! The crowd went wild! It was like watching the Miss America pagent, only goofier.
	Doc With the Winner (and Her Sister): Doc poses with Natalie and her sister. They were on the show during the Nobbies Costume Contest on 10/19/02. Congratulations!
	A Final Farewell (1): At noon draws near, Doc signs yet more autographs and talks to fans.
